3. Legal basis
We process your data under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract, e.g. delivering a purchased product) and Article 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent, e.g. newsletter). You may withdraw consent at any time.
4. Retention
Order and invoicing data is retained for the period required by Bulgarian accounting and tax law (generally 10 years). Contact-form messages are retained only as long as needed to handle your enquiry, and deleted afterwards unless a legal basis requires longer retention.
5. Sharing your data
We do not sell your personal data. Data may be shared with: our payment processor (to complete a transaction), our email delivery provider (to send order confirmations and files), and Bulgarian tax authorities where legally required. We do not transfer your data outside the EU/EEA except where a processor provides adequate safeguards under GDPR.
