Delivery & Refund Policy

1. Delivery
All products sold on this site are digital and delivered electronically. Once your payment is confirmed, your files are sent to the email address you provided at checkout, typically within a few minutes. If you do not receive your files within 24 hours, contact us immediately at eliza_1990@abv.bg.
2. Refund window
You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided the digital content has not been downloaded or accessed. Once a file has been downloaded, the statutory EU withdrawal right for digital content ends, and refunds are then granted at our discretion — for example where a product is defective, materially not as described, or undeliverable due to a technical fault on our side.
3. How to request a refund
	•	Email eliza_1990@abv.bg with your order confirmation and the reason for your request.
	•	We aim to respond within one business day and, where a refund is approved, process it within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
4. Exchanges
If you purchased the wrong product, contact us before requesting a refund — in most cases we can simply swap it for the correct one at no extra cost.
